The issues on teacher quality are considerably given attention and are
being raised more today that of any other time. Relations of teacher quality to
student achievement, motivation, diversity, learning styles, and even to
learners’ off school endeavors are being looked into and are posing as focus
of scholarly works and discussions. Thus, a synthesis of the focused group
discussion of GDCE II scholars from San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan is
presented below.
