Overview: Produced internal/external communication materials according to brand guidelines and feedback from the
product director. Wrote content for Latin America, Asia Pacific and North America as it appears in itineraries and the
brand’s in-house booking tool. Directly responsible for the itinerary management process; from research and pricing to
updating live itineraries on the Kensington Tours’ website. Role was eliminated due to Covid-19’s impact on the travel
industry.

Overview: Managed team of student reporters to produce captivating content for the college audience, monitoring
