1. What did this doctor do and Why?

The doctor put himself in a diet where he could only eat fast food

2. What happened to his body?

In the 5 days that he was eating all that junk food he gained weight, hypertension and he wasn't
feeling good about himself. He started to feel with no energy and his brian wasn't making him
think that what he did was good.

3. What did he prove?

He proved that even if we feel great when we eat that kind of food after a few minutes we will feel
terrible, he will gained weight, we can have diabetes and become overweight and also when we
do that the pancreas generates more insulin and that's not healthy.

4. What is the most unhealthy food you can think of?

I think about hamburguers, pizza, hot dogs

5. What do people need to eat more of?

More vegetables

6. Do you usually eat healthy food?why?

I do eat healthy food because it gives me energy and help me stay fit

7. What are some different types of diets you have heard of?

The green diet which is based on green vegetables

10. What are some things about your eating habits you want to change?

I would like to eat less fast food, I do it on weekends

12. Do you think that a person’s eating habits affect how long they will live?

Yes, of course, whatever we eat will affect our life, we can develop diabetes, hypertension and we
could have a heart attack
