To Whom It May Concern:

Chelsea Ruthrauff has been a student in my class for the past year. I instructed her in Adult Health II,
Advanced Clinical Practicum, Senior Seminar, and EKG Rhythm Interpretation Course. Through these
interactions, I have come to know Chelsea and believe that she will make an excellent asset to your
facility.

Chelsea is incredibly passionate about her future profession and is an active learner both in and out of
the classroom. In the classroom, she was engaged and eager to learn. She asked questions and spent time
outside of class researching and seeking new information. In the clinical setting, Chelsea took her role as
a student very seriously. She asked questions and made sure to seek out learning opportunities. She is
not afraid to ask for help and works well as a team. Chelsea has a strong sense of integrity, is
compassionate towards her patients and classmates, and has an excellent work ethic. She is eager to
serve others, and cares about doing what is best for the patient and for those around her.

Stanislaus State University nursing program has prepared Chelsea to excel as a registered nurse. Chelsea
has developed critical thinking skills, time management skills, and an eagerness to be a life-long learner.
I believe that Chelsea will be a wonderful addition to your facility. If you have any questions, please feel
free to contact me at (209) 605-5155.

Sincerely,

Sherri Brown MSN, RN
