I. Objectives:

At the end of 45 minutes, the Grade 7 - Mahogany students will be able to:

 identify the significant events happened in the history of volleyball.

 appreciate the importance of playing volleyball through group discussion.
 execute the skills involved in the sport.

“Mannequin Challenge”
Mechanics:
 The class will be divided into 3 groups.
 Each group must have 1 representative to come in front to pick 2 skills
which they will be going to portray in front.
 The teacher will give them 2 minutes to prepare.
 Each group must present and execute their chosen skills within 5 seconds
and freeze.
 The group that has the best execution will be given extra points for their
participation.

 What was your feeling when we do the activity?
 Are you familiar in UAAP? In PVL? In PSL?
 What comes in your mind when portraying the task that is given? Are you
familiar with it?
