Objective of Position
The Network Development is responsible for providing support in the various network development areas, which include
Adaptation of National Retail Network Strategy, Dealership Standards management, Business Development and Customer Satisfaction.

Adaptation of National Retail Network Strategy (NRNS) and of Brand/ BUs
specific action plans

 Research and follow up the infrastructural and automotive industry


development in Egypt
 Research and study the competitors’ role in the market within the DAG

 Prepare and participate in the drafting of NRNS
 Initiate and define together with the retail network partners and
relevant internal stakeholders the dealer development plans, based on
the requirements
 Ensure implementation of MAR2020 processes

Dealer Standards

 Adapt and define the dealer standards catalogue for Egyptian market in
cooperation with respective business units and in consultation with
Overseas Region
 Communicate the dealer standards catalogue with clear specifications Solely responsible

and expectations towards the retail network partners
 Review semi-annually, follow up regularly and assist in the
implementation of the dealer standards catalogue
 Arrange for yearly dealer standards audits, calculate achievements
(variable margin effect), and communicate results and of action plans if
required

Business Development and Steering

 Involve as required from the Overseas Region in the variable margin


structure development and adaptation to local market structure
 Compile and check annual target agreements drafts based on inputs of
BUs
3  Communicate target agreements drafts to the retail network business Co-responsible 25
partners and ensure the formal closing of the process (signatures)
 Compile target achievement (based on inputs from business units) and
communicate to retail network business partners and ensure formal
closing of the process
 Review dealer steering process on annual basis and implement
accordingly
Customer Satisfaction

 Define CSI targets based on the HQ inputs and expectations with


taking into consideration the local market situation
 Communicate CSI targets towards the retail network partners
 Follow up CSI survey implementation and results in cooperation with
appointed agency (supplier) Co-responsible
4  Communicate CSI survey results to the retail network partners and to 15
HQ/MBCEME
 Assist BUs in defining action plans and measures to increase future
results
 Raise awareness towards the importance of CS through trainings
 Translate the CSI results into qualitative variable margins as per the
dealer agreement and in cooperation with respective business units
