It is with great pleasure and pride that I recommend Nicholas Lorz for the ITEP Internship
Program. I frrst met Nicholas when he was a top student in my 9' grade Honors English class.

As a 9 grader, Nicholas showed dedication and ingenuity. When students were asked to create
their own films, Nicholas' stylized black and white film was a standout. It showed creativity and
independence. Now, Nicholas excels in my AP Psychology class. He continues to impress me
with his intelligence and commitment.

One thing I always notice about Nicholas is his integrity. He is a serious-minded individual and
I never doubt his sincerity or honesty. Nicholas is respectful, dependable, and adaptable. He has
challenged himself with advanced courses and excelled academically while balancing the
responsibility of watching his younger siblings at home.

I think Nicholas is an excellent candidate for the ITEP summer internship program as he is a
quality individual on every level. He is sincere, enthusiastic, intelligent, and hardworking.
