rub Ir to the palm of your

hand in a circular motion

Make a finger cone pattern and rub

the nail to the middle of the palm

spread the antiseptic liquid to

the back of your hand and
between your fingers in a back
and forth pattern motion

Grip the thumb then rub it by turning

the hand grip around the thumb

Rub the palm of the hand and

between the fingers with a back
and forth movement pattern

Make a lock motion with your hand

then rub the back of the finger
