Praise our prayers for the presence of God Almighty for all His grace this paper can
be completed on time even though there are several obstacles that interfere with the process
of making this paper, but the author can overcome it of course the intervention of God
Almighty.
The author hopes this paper will be useful for students, especially those who are in
STIKes Eka Hope. The material discussed about "Nursing Diagnosis" so that it is hoped that
by studying this paper students and other readers will get additional knowledge.
The author realizes that this paper is far from perfect, the authors hope for criticism and
suggestions from various parties to improve this paper in the future.
