First Week
the areas of the restaurant and show me what are the do’s and don’ts in the
dining area specially. They show me their menu book for me to memorize for
taking order of the guest. They show me what cleaning material to use when
cleaning the areas of the restaurant. They thought me how to punch order to their
POS.
Second Week
usually do. I started my day cleaning the dining,refill the tissue,dry kitchen wears,
take order of the guest and serve food and drinks to the guest.
Third Week
everyday. I always check the tables of the guest if they have spoon and fork or
Fourth Week
My fourth week , they always assign me at the dining area for taking order
and bill out the guest. They also assign me at the dispatch area to dry kitchen
Fifth Week
and attentive to any guest request or needs. I always check all the needs that
their crew and kitchen staff need. I maintain cleanliness specially at the dining.
