COVID Action Plan
A Protective Action
1 Face temperature shall be checked at the gate for all the workers entering the site.
2 If temperature is more than 37.5°C, the said worker shall not be allowed to enter the site.
Please read Section "B' on how to handle the identified worker/s.
6 Lunch and dinner time shall be so arranged to keep social distancing at least 1.0 m.
Details of time shifting shall be arranged and announced.
8 For commuting to the site, as much as possible avoid using public transportations, and
own bus or truck services must be arranged for workers.
9 Provide a quarantine room ( Use spare room beside the Meeting Room).
10 Suspend various meetings set before , use Face Time, Messenger conference, mail, texting
etc., until further notice.
11 Arrange office desks so the social distancing of at least 1.0m can be kept inside the office.
B Temperature Monitoring
1 Worker on site
When worker/s is found with high temperature of more than 37.5 °C, the said worker shall be denied
entry to the site and shall be sent to his house or to sub-con lodging/barracks and take a rest.
He shall be instructed to get & observe his temperature daily, in case his temperature is more than
37.5 °C for more than 3 to 4 days, he shall be directed go to hospital to seek further medical check-up.

2 KPI Staff
KPI staff is required to check their body temperature in the morning before reporting to the office.
If temperature is more than 37.5 °C, the said staff shall not report to work but stay at home/staff house
and take a rest and inform his status to the office.
He shall be instructed to get & observe his temperature daily, in case his temperature is more than
37.5 °C for more than 3 to 4 days, he shall be directed to go to hospital to seek further medical check-up.
C Emergency Case
1 In case, any worker related to this project was found Covid-19 positive, all the safety procedures shall
follow the instruction from the local authority, HMP and KPI Management.
2 The reported infected worker shall be handled by the authorities only with medical protective
devices and knowledge.
3 Identification of the Close-Contact-Person or friends of the said worker shall be done, such as
day, time, place etc. of the work.
4 Identified Close-Contact-Persons of the said infected worker shall be quarantined at home for 14 days
for monitoring.
5 Areas where the said infected worker worked & office visited shall be disinfected immediately.
6 Project site shall be closed until the proper disinfection has been completed.
