5. TPL Requested Genesis all sumps, pump room, Ramp & staircase

Genesis informed that after finalization of Tower A drawings, it 22ndDec’18 GENESIS
will be released by 22nd Dec’18.

6. TPL Requested Genesis Tower A commercial PT vendor

finalization status.

Jain Constructions has to finalize vendor with all details. Info GENESIS/JAIN’

7. TPL Requested Genesis to release the Civil & Landscape BOQ at
the earliest.

GENESIS informed BOQ under preparation same will be released

month of Jan’19. Info GENESIS

8. TPL Requested Genesis to discuss with landscape consultant to

update the status of BOQ & drawings for Tower A & B. Info GENESIS/ELE
MENTS
9. TPL Requested Genesis for Tower A, access to lift machine room
provision for commercial Lifts with detailed drawing required at
the transfer slab level.

GENESIS to be worked out the same and release the drawing. Info GENESIS
10. TPL discussed about 9” thick Brick Masonry as per DGPA, as all
columns & Beams designed with 8” thick.

Genesis informed as decision has to take by M/s Jain

11. Storm water Sump location has changed from South- East corner
to North- East Corner at Tower A Info GENESIS

12. Genesis informed as Service Lift & Staircase has changed the
sizes, some of columns are changed the orientation & added Info GENESIS
additional footings at Tower A.

MEP Points:

13. TPL requested Ralys to release Tower A,B & Club house all MEP
GFC & BOQ .

Ralys informed that tower B electrical drawings & BOQ already

shared with Genesis. Waiting for their confirmation. Same
22ndDec’18 RALYS
Genesis yet to be reviewed and approved. After getting Genesis
approval Ralys will release drawings & BOQ on or before 22nd
Dec’18. Firefighting drawings & BOQ will be released within 15
working days.

14. Ralys confirmed that No sleeves provision in beams. Info RALYS

15. TPL Requested Ralys to share revised master list of drawings
15th Dec’18 GENESIS/RALY
RALYS has confirmed the same shall be provided on 15th Dec’18.
