To Whom it May Concern,

Mackenzie Potter worked in my school for about two months as a long-term substitute teacher.
She committed many hours a week to lesson planning for multiple subject areas including music class,
technology class and physical education. As a classroom teacher, I came not only to appreciate
Mackenzie as a teammate, but I also admired her work ethic, the respect she showed to everyone, and
her willingness to collaborate with myself and others in a professional and cooperative manner. She
worked very well with the students and built relationships with them, they all came to love and admire
her.

In my experiences with Mackenzie, she worked diligently to complete all the tasks assigned to
her. She was willing to ask for assistance when needed and was willing to help within our building in any
way. She proved to be a very reliable, dependable asset in our building, someone who was very
beneficial to the organization and routine we had established. Mackenzie took her position in our
district and made it a learning experience for her to advance her own knowledge of educating children.

Working with Mackenzie was an absolute pleasure. There is no doubt in my mind that she will
be successful at the position she is applying for in your school district.
