Part A

past simple.

Part B

Think about when you were 12 years old. Write three paragraphs about the things
that you used to do, you used to like or used to hate and explain why. You have
some ideas in the box.
 I used to be a rebel.
I used to be lazy.
I used to work hard.
I used to like all the teachers.
I used to play a lot of video
games.
I used to wear a uniform.
I used to hate vegetables.
I used to have longer hair.
I used to play football.
I used to wear glasses.

I used to practice tae-kwon-do when I was 12 and it was my favorite hobby ever
since. My elder sister used to go to lessons and showed me some techniques
when she practiced at home. I used to go to practice every Saturday, but it has
become harder to me because also I was studying a lot. However, I used to love
practicing tae-kwon-do because it was very special to me.

I used to play football soccer, because that is the sport which I like the most. I
used to dream about becoming a professional player and then being part of
Colombia’s national soccer team; I also used to like (and currently I like) to read
about the history of football, world cups, club world championships and local
tournament as well as following the respective scores faithfully.

I used to hate visiting some relatives, because they used to have a lot of
unfriendly discussions with my parents, they did not treat us well at that time
either. For that reason we not used to go to any meetings with those relatives, and
we used to stay apart from the all the time, although we have a good friendship for
now.
