In this was able to intuitively advise customers on products that
would suit their individual needs. I excelled at customer service
and was accommodating with all customers. I also handled and
lodged money as well managing stock deliveries.
2017 – 2018

In this job I managed the I Love Limerick website. I created and
edited news stories that revolved around current events in
Limerick. I was also responsible for facilitating interviews and
managing social media at events. I managed the Twitter, Instagram,
and Facebook of I Love Limerick daily. I learned various IT skills
like website management, post scheduling and meta data.

BACHELOR OF ARTS IN ENGLISH AND NEW MEDIA,

Throughout this course I learned various skills including essay
 writing, technical writing, research methods and time management.
I displayed an in depth understanding of various topics relating to
each module. I worked in multiple groups for presentations in a
variety of differing modules and showed an ability to co-operate
and lead in a team setting.

I have an intense passion for various topics including writing, art and
language, and I am self-taught in these interests. These skills mean that I
am very capable of researching a variety of subjects and show an in-
depth knowledge of any topic I am present with. This means that I am a
fast learner and willing to work hard in my own time to understand any
subject I am presented with. I also have a strong capability to teach
myself new skills which I demonstrate in any work environment. I have
an intermediate understanding of French which I have been learning via
my own research.
