Objectives:

● Make edits after IM student looks at my paper

● Ask my dad to read through my paper
● Make sure the format and spelling is perfect. Read over paper at least five times after
finishing editing to make sure everything sounds good and I didn’t miss an important
detail
● Ask Mr.Cooper about starting an active minds chapter in our school.
● Talk to Mrs.Nichols and Mrs.Shannon about active minds chapter
● Talk to my sister about my plan for the data collection and her opinion on if she thinks a
questionnaire will be successful
● Start to think about what direction I want to head towards for my final project
● Keep looking at monthly calendar and focus on major due dates
● Lifeguarding!!
● Sources of strength project
● Prepare for softball tryouts with Julia! Tryouts next Saturday!

Journal:

Over the course of the last two weeks I have made a lot of progress with my paper but I

still have a good amount of edits that I need to make. I think it was extremely helpful having

people look over my work to pick up on details I left out that I could not see by myself. A fresh

set of eyes is always helpful!I hope that in the next two weeks my paper will be complete and I

hope to get ahead on my data collection. In addition, I want to discuss the plan to start an active

minds chapter with Mia and ask around to see if any of our friends would be interested in

joining! Finally, I hope that I will perform well at my softball tryouts with Julia and make the

team.
