MEMORANDUM

TO : All COPs/OICs

SUBJECT: Resolution No. 35

DATE : May 13, 2020

1. References: Memo from C, ROD dated May 13, 2020 with subject same as
above.

2. This pertains to the to the approved IATF-MEID Resolution No. 35 Series of

2020 classifying Provinces, Highly Urbanized Cities (HUCs), and Independent
Component Cities (ICCs) based on risk level that shall be adopted beginning May 16,
2020.

3. It is evident that majority of the Regions are under General Community

Quarantine and some are no longer under Community Quarantine and tis reflects
increase in the number of persons who will be outside of their residence.

4. In this regard, you are directed to undertake the following measures to ensure
that minimum health standards are strictly observed in order to prevent the spread of the
virus.
a. Maximize deployment of personnel in places where people usually
congregate in order that social distancing is being observed with the
support from AFP, BFP, PCG and other law enforcement agencies,
barangay officials and force multipliers;

b. Coordinate with the transport groups to strictly observe the required

capacity of passengers as per DOTr guidelines. Monitor and issue traffic
violations for those violators;

c. Coordinate with the security managers to ensure that minimum health

standards are being observed in all establishments under their watch;

d. Coordinate with local officials and owners of establishments to display

tarpaulins in conspicuous places which contains the minimum health
standards (wearing of face masks, social distancing, hand washing, proper
cough etiquette, unauthorized persons, etc.);
e. Implement local ordinances such as curfew hours, liquor ban and the like;

 f. Implement other directives and issuance of the IATF and National
Government.

5. Attached hereto is the copy of said Resolution for your reference and
necessary adjustments in your respective AORs.

6. Submit to this office (Attn: UC, POMU) your actions taken NLT 12:00 NN May
14, 2020.
