“A RESOLUTION TO CREATE JOB-ORDER FOR THE MONITORING TEAM OF DIFFERENT

PROJECTS OF THE BLGU OF MAMBALILI WHO MIGHT COMPOSED OF TWO PERSONNEL;
ONE (1) ASSIGNED IN MAMBALILI AND THE OTHER ONE (1) IN FOUR PUROKS OF SITIO
HAGNAYA AS PUROK 5A, PUROK 5B, PUROK 6, AND PUROK 8, ALL OF MAMBALILI,
BUNAWAN, AGUSAN DEL SUR; BY WHICH FUND SOURCE IS SOURCED OUT FROM THE
CONTRACTUAL DELIGATION 40% OF THE LABOR COST AND THE 5% OF 40% LABOR COST
TO BE ALLOCATED TO THE TWO (2) MONITORING PERSONNEL BEING DESIGNATED TO
EX-KAGAWAD JIOMER G. DALAYAP AND EX-KAGAWAD DAN A. ANGELITUD WHO MIGHT
RECEIVE THE HONORARIUM OF THREE THOUSAND PESOS MONTHLY EACH OF THE TWO
PERSONNEL”

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council has identified the two personnel is necessary to assist the effective
project implementation both in social development projects of PHILSAGA Mining Corporation and BLGU
Development Projects of the 20% BDF.

WHEREAS, the new system of Barangay Governance and Management could be more effective if ever
the monitoring personnel focused on such project implementation.

NOW, THEREFORE, the issues presented in the session, be it:

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved that upon consideration for the motion of Hon. Wilfredo M. Dalayap
and duly seconded by Hon. Marivel O. Ayala, to pass, adopt, and approve a resolution to create job-
order for the monitoring team of different projects of the BLGU of Mambalili who might composed of
two personnel; one (1) assigned in mambalili and the other one (1) in four puroks of sitio hagnaya as
Purok 5A, Purok 5B, Purok 6, and Purok 8, all of Mambalili, Bunawan, Agusan del Sur; by which
fund source is sourced out from the contractual deligation 40% of the labor cost and the 5% of 40%
labor cost to be allocated to the two (2) monitoring personnel being designated to Ex-Kagawad
Jiomer G. Dalayap and Ex-Kagawad Dan A. Angelitud who might receive the honorarium of Three
Thousand Pesos monthly each of the two personnel.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to provide copies of the above-stated resolution to different agencies for
appropriate information; that this resolution be effective from the month of February 2017.

Approved unanimously.

Approved and adopted this 16th day of January 2017 during the emergency meeting being called for the
purpose.
