It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Lynna Huynh. I have had the
privilege to work directly with Lynna as her site administrator. Lynna is a skilled and
dedicated educator who has demonstrated characteristics that we seek in all teachers, and
would be a tremendous asset to your district.

Ms. Huynh is an excellent teacher. Her use of instructional skills and processes exemplifies
her deep understanding of the role and responsibilities of an educator. Designing and
developing comprehensive and rigorous instructional lessons that include flexible,
individual, small, whole, and ability groups is an essential part of Lynna’s teaching style.
She understands the importance of assessment in order to meet the learning needs of all
students, especially with regard to Common Core State Standards and 21st Century Skills.
She creates an academically challenging environment in her classroom where all students
are expected to achieve their very best, every day. Her goal is to develop a love of learning,
and her students are examples of her success.

Lynna is self-motivated and dependable, following through on goals and professional

development with a positive attitude. She is always composed and professional, and with her
students is calm, supportive and positive. Her ability to integrate technology into instruction
is commendable.

It is for these reasons that I highly recommend Lynna Huynh for the position of general
education teacher in your educational organization.
