Subject – List Regarding Electric Pole Shifting Below 4.5m from Center of Road
Ref: - Construction of Road Rajegaon - Kirnapur - Lanji – Amgaon , Length 57.400 KM
Agreement No. :-06/CRF/2019-20.

Respected Sir,

As per agreement carriageway width is 7.0 m and total

roadway width is 12.0m, as per our Site Inspection Survey on Dated 12-Jan-2020 ,we observed that
there is in 12m width of total road length 57.400km total electric poles are 231 are present .
But on the view of safety purpose whose electric poles are
very essential to shifting which are coming 9m roadway width , if we not shifting those pole it
causes road accident in during construction of road and in future aspects of road safety.
So sir kindly take the necessary action regard shifting of poles.
