The above-styled case came before the Honorable Colin H. Lindsay, United States Magistrate Judge
via video conference on May 12, 2020 for a detention hearing. Assistant United States Attorney Mac
Shannon appeared on behalf of the United States. The defendant appeared in custody with appointed
counsel Aaron Dyke, Assistant Federal Defender. The proceeding was recorded by April Dowell, Official

The defendant, through counsel, consented to proceed with detention hearing via video conference.
By agreement of counsel and for the reasons stated on the record,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the defendant is released on a $25,000 unsecured bond with an
order setting conditions of release.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that pending action by the Grand Jury, this matter is scheduled for
either arraignment proceedings or a preliminary hearing on June 23, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. via video
