    MODERATOR’S FUNCTIONS

     Approve posts as per Group’s rules (spam, self-promotion, rumors,


    unethical, irrelevant to group). Try to achieve balance i.e. we may be
    strict on rules but we are managing social media not a prison.
     Approve membership of new members. Keep any eye on some very
    suspicious personalities. If any, report to admin before approval
     Refer all doubtful matters to admin
     Keep members engaged through tagging, welcoming, comments on
    their posts, likes.
     Prepare / add new posts and polls as per group’s theme and as
    advised by admin.
     Retains group’s logo/ url in images in the posts.
     Encourage members to share useful posts of the group.
     Encourage members to subscribe to group’s YouTube channel
