Research Proposal: Freelancing for Nsu Students.

Subject: Nsu students look for job over freelancing once they graduate.

Introduction: Freelancing is a process where people get self employed and hired to work
under different companies on particular assignments. Though it is a solution of the
unemployment problem. Inspite of that Nsu students look for job.

I know that NSU has the most qualified students of Bangladesh.Obviously they will look for the
best kind of jobs of the country once they graduate.They take the best challenges while they
study for their undergraduate degree. Freelancing may be a solution but nsu students will be
looking for solid job to get good and fixed salary. I hope to find the answer to those questions
why they don’t look for freelancing through my research.

Research Questions: Quaternary question: In my research I plan to investigate why nsu students
don’t go for freelancing while they graduate. My research will address the following research
questions:

1. Freelancing doesn’t have the assurity to earn enough money because students don’t have
the proper knowledge about it.
2. Freelancing has limited learning scope. Suppose someone is appointed on the typing
section ,they won’t gonna learn anything creative other than the typing.
3. Job has the fact of consistence growth which freelancing doesn’t have..There have some
chances but comparing to the probability of world growth it doesn’t meet up to the mark.
4. There has a fact of quality work. If once fame of work looses it is hard to get same kind
of jobs further.
5. Freelancing has some huge risks. Because there is no guarantee that they will get available
customers.
6. Freelancing doesn’t have the option of fixed salary like job has. That means it will vary
from time to time.
Hypothesis: I think that students of NSU are more conscious about their career. They don’t
fight hard to do jobs for doing freelancing . They want to keep themselves to the best possible
positions. Job is obviously a safe option for them because they will get a fixed salary at the end
of every month. And there is good chances of showing creativity as well as getting promotion
according to it’s demand.

Research Methodology: For my primary research, I will conduct a survey on NSU students. I
hope to have a sample size of about 24 to 30 people. I will also design a questionnaire with
different types of questions so as to get a range of useful data which will help me to answer my
research questions.

As for my secondary research, I plan to use to resources of the library and will also consult a
number of books and websites regarding photography. I also hope to do some reading on the
subject through academic journals, blogs, articles, and more.

Organization: My paper will be divided into several sections. I hope to lay them out in the
following order: Introduction, Background, Data Presentation and Analysis, and Summary of
Findings. Within these sections, my organization will be based on research questions.

Timetable: I hope to complete my primary and secondary research by the third week of March. I
shall complete writing the final draft of my paper by the first week of April and submit it by the
specified deadline.

to modify or improve my proposal, I will submit it after incorporating the necessary changes. I
would also be grateful for your advice and help in conducting my research and completing the
project.
