1. You are well aware that Jagran Lakecity University has decided to conduct online exams using various
modes including, but not limited to, assignments, viva-voce, presentations, course projects, case studies,
MCQ based questions, and open book exams. You have received the timetable.
2. Individual faculty members will reach out to you with the details and instructions specifically related to
the mode of the exam concerning their courses.
3. Kindly ensure that your official email and phone number are correct on our record. Also that you are a
part of official WhatsApp Group for your class. In case you are not receiving our emails, please reach out to
admin office Mr. Ziishaan Khan, and faculty who teach you for an update. If you are not a part of official
whatsapp group, join in.
4. Students with ATKT/Backlog online exams apply to these exams as well. Faculty are trying to reach you
with emails we have. If you filled in the form, you must have received email via ERP too. Kindly get in
touch with the faculty proactively.

cases this should suffice. Please note that these technological requirements are not any more demanding than
what we expected during online classes. We thank you for joining in then.
a. We encourage you to ensure an additional smart phone is kept on standby on exam days. Also ensure that
your device(s) are adequately charged. Individual instructor for a specific course may specify additional
technology requirements.
6. Should technology prevents you from participating in the exam, you may appear in the exam as and when
university can hold exam in person on campus. Please note that given uncertainty surrounding COVID-19
