1 Outsourcing is when one company contracts another company to do a job or jobs that could be
done in house.

2 Advantages are that you can hire specialized company to do job you are not as specialized,
disadvantage is that other company is not directly connected to you and that can bring some
difficulties.

3 Outsourcing is when one company hires another company to do some task for them, offshoring is
when you take some part of your business to some other country.

1. Behaviour of US office workers is improved when offshoring became option because they
thought they were going to be replaced by workers from other countries.
2. Some US states restricted offshoring because it led to employees getting fired and it has
lowered state tax which state would gate from those employees.
3. People are worried about outsourcing companies because they can’t deal with customer
problems as same as original company and also there also lack of trust when you feel like
you are not talking to real company employee.

countries.
2. Many companies in my country use outsourcing because my country is small and they need
other sources for profiting.
3. I think they would react bad because many people don’t speak English that good.
