1.0 PURPOSE

1.1 To provide a procedure to define the general guidelines to ensure the training needs
of Jmm Express personnel.

2.0 SCOPE

2.1 This procedure applies to all Jmm Express Personnel. Individuals will be hired,
trained and instructed on procedure, techniques and equipment’s as his/her specific job
requires. This procedures outlines the minimum requirements.

3.0 RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 It is the responsibility of all Jmm Express supervisory, manager, training


coordinators, and employees from each department to follow the procedures and
guidelines outlined in this Standard Operating Procedure (SOP 005)

4.0 BACKGROUND

4.1. Background

4.1.1 Management Responsibility


Responsibility and Authority. Each manager shall be establish the appropriate,
authority and interrelation of all the personnel who they supervise, perform, and
assess work affecting product(s) and provide the independence and authority
necessary to perform this tasks.

4.1.2 Personnel
General. Each department shall have sufficient personnel with the necessary
education, background, training and experience to assure that all activities
required by this department are correctly performed.

4.1.3 Training. Each department shall establish procedures to identifying training needs
and ensure that all personnel are trained to adequately perform their assigned
responsibilities. Training shall be documented.

4.1.4 As part of their training personnel shall be made aware to the implication and
consequences which may occur from the improper performance of their specific
jobs.
