OpenStack Pike : Configure Manila#2 (Storage Node)

Install OpenStack Shared File System (Manila).


This example is based on the emvironment like follows.

[1] Install Manila Share on Storage Node.


# install from Pike, EPEL

yum --enablerepo=centos-openstack-pike,epel -y install openstack-manila-share python-
manilaclient
[2] Configure Manila Share.

mv /etc/manila/manila.conf /etc/manila/manila.conf.org

vi /etc/manila/manila.conf

This is How to use OpenStack Shared File System (Manila).


This example is based on the emvironment like follows.
For example, Configure local block device as shared storage on Storage Node and use it from
Instances. Therefore, it needs there is a free block device on Storage Node.

# create a volume for Manila on free block device
