one of the earliest memories I have. We were at balboa park, if I

mom sang it to me. My mom doesn’t know that I remember her
singing to me, but every time I play the song in the car she says
“Ohh, I love this song”, and we sing the same lyrics that I remember
so vividly from that day. Singing the song reminds me of times when
I was little and when life was much simpler. Nowadays, we
“harmonize” to our favorite songs so horribly out of key, just to get a
kick out of my brother and dad. I wish all I ever have to do is sing
with my mom all day and be worry free just like the lyrics say, but of
course life is not that easy.
*My partner suggested more descriptive language and to add how
the song makes me feel when I hear it today. I added more
description of what I could remember about that day and I added
more about what that song and memory means to me today when I
hear it*
