To whom it may concern,

I, Pangilinan, Ana Medina (a 3rd year BSA), am requesting in your good

office for the subjects ACCN0AA (Accountancy 101) and ACCN01B
(Accounting 1A) to be offered to me as a Module so that I could maximize
my load this semester.

I have just recently transferred in LPU this school year from Malayan
Colleges Laguna, and thus, the subject of ACCN0AA was not offered in my
previous school. As for the ACCN01B, I could not find a petitioned subject
in our college, as well as schools which may offer it to me as a cross
enrollee.
