Cello Audition Packet 2020

All 8th Grade students are required to play at a minimum the first two exercises, marked with an
asterisk *. Beyond that, play as much as you are comfortable playing, but you may not skip
exercises. You must follow all bowings, fingerings, and metronome markings. When you record,
you may use a metronome to play scales if you wish, but please do not use it on other excerpts.
High school students, please read your directors’ instructions for what is required for your class.
