    Clinical information: Tender abdomen / epig pain / high renal function


    ABDOMINAL ULTRASOUND
    The liver is within average size with normal homogenous parenchymal echopattern. No focal
    lesions. No dilated IHBDs. Patent Portal vein.
    The spleen is within average size with uniform echopattern and no focal lesions.
    Patent splenic vein.
    Cholelithiasis - The gall bladder is have calculi, largest (1.6 cm). Average diameter of C.B.D.
    Pancreas and para-aortic region showed no gross US abnormality.
    Both kidneys relative decreased in size (both kidneys 10.1 cm) however with normal
    echopattern , no stones or back pressure effect is seen.
    The urinary bladder is normal
