Clinical information: LEFT LOIN PAIN / DYSURIA

ABDOMINAL ULTRASOUND
The liver is within average size with increased homogenous parenchymal echopattern (Fatty
liver). No focal lesions. No dilated IHBDs. Patent Portal vein.
The spleen is within average size with uniform echopattern and no focal lesions.
Patent splenic vein.
The gall bladder is average size with normal wall thickness, no stones or mud inside, no
pericholecystic fluid collections. Average diameter of C.B.D.
Pancreas and para-aortic region showed no gross US abnormality.
Both kidneys average in size with normal echopattern , no stones or back pressure effect is
seen.
The urinary bladder is empty at the time of scan
