Jaw Jawbone not covered Common cause is poor
by gums healing. >8 weeks to be
considered
osteonecrosis.
Pain, swelling, redness,
loose teeth, numbness.
Knee Femur, tibia Joint pain, arthritis Sickle cell disease
Foot Talus, 1st & 2nd Pain on weight-bearing
metatarsals, navicular Pain can be mild to
severe.
Hip Femoral head Aching pain in groin, Will eventually lead to
movement of hip, arthritis
difficulty waking or
limp.
