Campaign name: My100 and My50 Unlimited Pass Contest (the “Contest”)

Organiser and Eligibility

The Contest is organised by Prasarana Malaysia Berhad [Company No. 467220-U] (‘Organiser’) and
is open to MyRapid customers who purchase a My100 or My50 from 15 January 2020 until 15 March
2020 will be automatically eligible to participate in the Contest for a chance to win a prize (“Eligible
Entrants”).

Contest Period:

1. The contest period is from 15 January 2020 “00:01” – 15 March 2020 “23:59”.
2. The Organiser shall reserve its absolute right to amend the contest period and the Contest
Mechanics at ay given time without prior notice.
3. All entries received outside the Contest Period shall be disqualified.
4. The total of thirty (30) winners will be announced on 25 March 2020 via Facebook Message,
Instagram Message or Twitter Message.

Contest Mechanics:

1. To participate, the Eligible Entrants must comply with each the following:

(a) Eligible Entrants MUST Follow & Like Rapid KL’s Facebook page and/or Instagram
and/or Twitter account;

(b) Post your best selfie at any of the Organiser’s assets (LRT, MRT, BRT, Monorail, Rapid
KL Bus, or station) and tag @myrapidkl with #iwantmy100 #iwantmy50; and

(c) Name five (5) LRT, MRT, BRT, or Monorail stations in the caption.

Terms & Conditions:

1. This Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above currently residing in
Malaysia.
2. The following groups of person shall not be eligible to participate in this Contest:
(a) Employees of the Organiser (including its associated and related companies) and its
related corporations (Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Transport) and their immediate
family members (children, parents, brother and sisters, including spouses); and/or
(b) Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents and/or partners and/or sponsors
for the Contest and/or service providers of the Organiser (including its affiliated and
related companies, if applicable), and their immediate family members (children,
parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses).
3. Winner(s) may be required to sign a written statement confirming their eligibility before the
prize collection.
4. This Contest will commence on 15 January 2020 until 15 March 2020. The Organiser accepts
no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the
Organiser before 15 March 2020 for any reason.
5. Entries must be received by the Organiser during the Contest Period. Only one (1) entry from
the Eligible Entrant will be shortlisted. Entry must be submitted by the individual Eligible
Entrant and any automated entries shall be invalid. Entries must be submitted by a public

Facebook, Instagram and Twitter account. Any costs associated with the use of Facebook shall
be the sole responsibility of the Eligible Entrant and the Eligible Entrant further agrees to be
bound by the Facebook’s terms of use.
6. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry. The Organiser may, in its
sole discretion, disqualify any entry from, and prohibit further participation in this Contest,
any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with
the operation of the Contest and reserves the right to disqualify any entry which is not
submitted in accordance with these conditions of entry.
7. The submissions shall not contain, as determined by the Organiser, in its sole discretion, any
content that:
• is sexually explicit or suggestive;
• unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious,
professional or age group; is profane;
• promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the
foregoing);
• promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous;
• promotes any particular political agenda or message;
• is obscene or offensive;
• appears to duplicate any other submitted submission;
• contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, e-mail addresses
or street addresses; only upon request by the Organiser if chosen as winner.
• contains copyrighted materials owned by others or any trademarks, names or logos
owned by others;
• communicates messages inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to
which Organiser wishes to associate; and/or violates any law.

8. All submissions that do not comply with these above stated terms and conditions or that
otherwise contain prohibited, or inappropriate content deemed unacceptable by the
Organiser, in its sole discretion, will be disqualified and will not be published.

9. There will be thirty (30) winners; each winner will receive ONE (1) YEAR FREE RIDE OF RAPID
KL SERVICES.
• Grand prize : one (1) year free ride of Rapid KL Services, an iPhone 11 Pro Max and
Apple Watch Series 5
• Second prize : one (1) year free ride of Rapid KL Services and iPad Air
• Third prize : one (1) year free ride of Rapid KL Services and iPad Mini
10. The Organiser’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entertained.
11. The prizes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
12. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not claim the prize at the time
stipulated by the Organiser, then the prize will be forfeited and cash will not be awarded in
lieu of the prize.
13. By entering this Contest, each Eligible Entrant confirms that his/her entry is their wholly-
owned creation and, to the extent that such entry makes use of any third-party materials,
that these have been fully cleared unless they are no longer protected by copyright or other
intellectual property rights.
14. The Eligible Entrants shall keep the Organiser harmless from any claims in relation to their
entry that the entry infringes the personal or proprietary right of any other person. By

submitting an entry, each Eligible Entrant grants to the Organiser a perpetual, royalty-free,
non-exclusive licence to edit, publish, translate, modify, adapt, make available and distribute
the entry throughout the world in any media now known or hereafter invented. Each
entrant undertakes to complete any necessary documentation to formalise the licence.
15. Data Protection
(a) By participating, the Eligible Entrant grant the Organiser and its affiliates the permission
to use his/her personal details provided for future advertising and publicity purposes in
connection with the Contest in any and all media platforms without additional
compensation, notification or permission.
(b) The Organiser take reasonable precautions to keep the Eligible Entrant’s personal data
secure. Please note, however, that the Organiser may release the Eligible Entrant’s
personal data if required to do so by law, or by search warrant, subpoena or court order.

16. By entering the Contest, each Eligible Entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and
conditions.
17. Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest
Period by Organiser at its sole discretion.
18. Winners shall attend the “Prize Giving Ceremony” to collect their Prize on a date which will
be advised by the Organiser. A representative may be allowed to collect the Prize on the
Winners’ behalf (the “Representative”). Winners or the Representatives will have to
produce valid proof of identity and any other document(s) in the form and manner advised
by Organiser, if so required, at the time of Prize collection.
19. Winner may be disqualified and his/her Prize will be forfeited and Organiser shall have the
discretion to select and announce another Eligible Entrant as the winner in the event of any
of the following:
• Winner cannot be reached after reasonable efforts has been made during five (5)
business days from the day of the announcement;
• Winner is found to be ineligible;
• Winner’s announcement and/or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable; or
• Winner does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
20. Organiser is entitled to replace the Prizes with another prize of similar value at any time
without any prior notice.
21. The Prizes cannot be exchanged, redeemed or substituted for cash, credit or otherwise.
22. The decision of the Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Contest including but not
limited to the Prizes and Winners shall be deemed final, conclusive and binding. No
complaints, appeals, enquiries and/or correspondence will be entertained.
23. The Organiser reserves the right to not release the method on how all the entries are being
judged.
24. Failure of any Winner to collect his/her Prize within the advised time period will result in
forfeiture of the Prize and he/she shall have no claim whatsoever against the Organiser, its
agents and employees.
