STEP 2: COMPARISON.

Language learning is a long road that sometimes requires a lifetime of dedication to study as
well as great motivation and willingness. Depending on the possibilities that life offers us to
study, we can learn the language by school obligation or sometimes one motivates oneself
alone and learns it at home or directly abroad. Through a new language we can discover many
things. The doors of the unknown open and offer a huge range of possibilities.
Taking an English exam is an excellent way to see what our level is and this is something we
need to do to meet our future goals. When I did the first exam, although from my point of
view and with the knowledge that I have acquired, I got a good score.
Within the five communication skills, listening to me has been my weak point, I have tried
to do day-to-day activities and that's why I made the decision to take an intensive course in
Auckland New Zealand to improve those skills. In this second exam I was on the same level
but I can say that this one was a little more difficult, listening to many audios and the way
they spoke was very fast. In Reading it went very well, I took out an upper intermediate level,
it was much easier because I could understand and analyze the texts.
Learn a new language and much more English that opens not only our eyes to look at the
world, but also, what is very important, brings us closer to the people, opens the door to new
cultures, makes us enjoy our travels more abroad, it offers us more possibilities to find new
perspectives in the labor sector and, what is more important, it enriches us inside. It is an
intangible wealth that no one can take away from us.
