    SECURITY OPERATION OF SEMI-TRAILER

    Ⅰ. Semi-trailer Connect To The Tractor Truck

    1. Before connection, please check and confirm there is no soil, no sundries on the surface of the
    fifth wheel of tractor truck and the kingpin and the draw plate of semi-trailer, and insure there are
    enough lube.
    2. When swerve the vehicle, ensure tractor truck and semi-trailer don’t run foul of each other, and the
    tractor truck match the semi-trailer
    3. Adjust the landing leg, ensure the draw plate and the fifth wheel is suitable, usually the draw plate
    is 10~30mm lower than the fifth wheel. Otherwise it will damage the related parts.
    4. When using the vehicle, ensure the connection between the tractor truck and the semi-trailer
    5. About the Air System, connect the joints of the tractor with the joints of semi-trailer. Then open
    the switch of the tractor truck, supply the air to the semi-trailer. Start up the engine, check the
    barometer, and check the air system.
    6. About the Electric System, connect the joint of the tractor with the joint of semi-trailer. Check and
    ensure the electric system is ok.

    Ⅱ. Loading Goods
    1. Loading goods must strict limit the weight, no more than the payload of the semi-trailer. Bias load
    is forbidden.
    2. Load and unload the goods, please use the fork truck. Forbidden to load the goods over the
    payload.
    3. When load the container, please offload the sidewall first.

    Ⅲ. Driving
    1. Before driving, check the Landing leg, the spare tire, the tire, the air system, the electric system.
    2. It is not allowed to use the braking system of the semi-trailer. It is just assistant.

    Ⅳ. Security When Driving


    1. All sidewalls and switch are all closed.
    2. Low driving when swerve the vehicle.
    3. When driving an uneven road, please slow down the speed.
    4. It is forbidden to over payload.
    5. Check the container locks are all closed.
