COVID 19 has a huge impact on me because I could not do the same I needed to do and I
was also denied the right to associate to other people. This virus also a hindrance for me to go to
school and study properly. It was really hard for me to just de home, wondering what would
happen after this, and is it ever comes back to normal. That I thought that, even though this was a
difficult situation, the pandemic also made me realize that in these circumstances, I can able to
have a long bond with my family. Just hoping to end this pandemic soon and all will be back to
normal.

 Nation/Country

Since the virus entered the Philippines, the government has implemented lockdown and
Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ). Because of this, many have lost their jobs and some of
them can’t able to go to their workplace. This case of massive unemployment has resulted in
severe hunger. As a result, many Filipinos suffered and became infected with the corona virus
and many of them died. Fortunately, our government is united and able to provide the needs of
our co-Filipinos and give us hope in overcoming this pandemic.

 World

The impact of this pandemic is huge all over the world so it has resulted by implementing
measures such as lockdown, shelter in place or stay at home orders. One of the world’s problems
is the economic downturn due to the closure of establishments and the loss of workers. Many
governments have been blamed for failing to perform their duties properly, which has resulted in
many deaths of people especially in the US and Italy. But despite all this, many countries are
helping to counter this pandemic like Taiwan, donating millions of face masks worldwide.
Although our situation may be difficult today, let us keep in mind that while we are suffering, the
earth is at rest.

Activity 4: Facebook or Instagram Post

So many things have gone wrong and are out of control – pollution, overpopulation, widespread
starvation, inflation and the ominous threat of nuclear, gas or germ warfare. You may feel:
“Surely, if God has something to say to mankind, now is good time for him to say it!” This is
true. But the question has to be asked: If God did speak, who would listen? While man obviously
needs guidance, would he accept it if was offered?
