MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION

Applicants, through the undersigned counsel, respectfully states the
following:

1. That applicants are herein represented by their attorney-in-fact Ma.

Victoria V. Padrigon, copy of her Special Power of Attorney is attached as
ANNEX A;

2. On February 26, 2019, herein applicants acquired from one Charito

Vizcaya Gottschalk by virtue of a Deed of Absolute Sale, copy of which is
attached as ANNEX B, a parcel of land more particularly described as
follows:

A parcel of land situated in Brgy. Sto. Domingo, Vinzons,

Camarines Norte containing an area of ONE HUNDRED
SEVENTY ONE (171) square meters covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. T-32387, copy of which is attached as
ANNEX C and declared for taxation purposes under ARP. No.
GR-2014-HH-12-018-00673, copy of which is attached as ANNEX
D;

3. In relation to said sale, herein applicants filed an application before this

Honorable Office for the issuance of a DAR Clearance in order to register
the said land under applicants’ name;

4. That unfortunately, for failure to secure and attach the necessary

supporting documents, said application was denied by this Honorable
Office in an Order dated May 7, 2019, copy of which is attached as
ANNEX E;

5. That in compliance with the requirements for the issuance of a DAR

Clearance, herein applicants have secured and now respectfully submits
the following documents in support of their application:

a) Affidavit of Transferees, herein attached as ANNEX F

b) Affidavit of Transferor/Non-Tenancy, herein attached as ANNEX G
c) BARC Certification, herein attached as ANNEX H
d) Certifications from the Provincial Assessor’s Office,

 herein attached as ANNEX I, J, K, L, and M respectively

e) Certification from Municipal Assessor’s Office, as ANNEX N

6. That herein applicants hereby undertake to comply with and submit any
other additional documents that this Honorable Office may require of the
applicants;

WHEREFORE, premised considered, applicants respectfully request this

Honorable Office to reconsider and set aside its previous Order and in lieu
thereof, to issue a new one approving the application of herein applicants and
then and there to issue a DAR Clearance in favor of applicants.

Other reliefs, just and equitable, are likewise prayed for.
