Cadence
This is Anna, and she’s 16. She lives
with her three sisters and her parents
in Seattle, Washington. In her free time,
she plays soccer, watches TV, jumps
on her trampoline, and reads music
magazines like SPIN. Anna also plays in
a jazz band at school.
What makes Anna different? She’s famous on the Internet!
She plays in the pop / rock band Cadence with her sister,
Lilly. Lilly is only 14. Anna sings – Lilly doesn’t sing
at all. Anna plays the piano and electric keyboard, too. She
also writes all of the songs. The songs are about things
around her. Anna doesn’t play
the drums – Lilly plays the
drums. Their new album is
Free to Fly.
Anna travels a lot for
concerts. She travels to
Sweden every year. Her
mother is from Sweden. When
she travels, she doesn’t go to
school. Her mom or her dad
teaches her. That’s very cool!
