YOUNG PEOPLE AND THE VIDEO GAMES

I agree with the idea that young people spend too much time of their free time playing
video games.

The first point is that people don’t have quite much to learn from video games. Now
days, many games are very violent, so the only thing that you learn from them, is to be violent in
the real world.

Secondly, this means lack of exercise. Because of the video games, you forget to move,
to eat, study and do exercise. People should time their time spent in front of the computer games,
trying to reduce that time.

Lastly, but not least, it’s about your mind health. Because all of that violence, your brain
starts to copy everything is in that game, doing it in the school or at home.

In conclusion, I agree that young people spend too much of their free time playing video
games, and they must to everything they can to reduce it.
