This document presents my proposal for advisory and support in connection with;

- Create Business Plan with key milestones & deliverables.


- Business Development framework (based on managements input)
- Organization hierarchy, matrix with roles & responsibilities
- Financial plan including cash flow plan

Aforementioned service would be specifically tailor made to meet your business needs and include trend analysis &
financial dipstick study that would facilitate a fair assessment of business potential.

The Business Plan & Business Development framework would be prepared considering
(1) historical trend
(2) Current state of affairs &
(3) Forecast of opportunities by interpretation and analysis of competitive landscape and SLOT analysis.

The professional fee has been competitively quoted and reflects the comprehensive task and my commitment to

Professional fees

The professional fee is estimated based on the time dedicated to the project/assignment. As a special case, we are happy to offer you a professional fee of
Rs.500,000/- lump sum (Rupees Five Lakhs only) for the scope of service mentioned in this proposal (GST as applicable and out-of-pocket expenses for any
travel, stay and food expenses (for travel outside Madurai) would be additional.
Timeline for fee payment would be as follows:
- On acceptance of engagement mandate – advance (that would be adjusted in final payment) - 250,000
- On delivering Business plan & Business development framework & AOP, Org hierarchy & matrix - 250,000

The above mentioned professional fee is for the defined ‘Scope of services’ mentioned in this engagement. We would have a calendar plan for information
sharing and deliverable on mutually agreeable form within 5 days of engagement acceptance & release of advance payment.

Timeline of deliverable submission : Within 21 working days from date of signing mandate and release of advance

Key underlying fee assumptions and terms:


• Information can be provided in centrally and largely in electronic format
• SS VIgnesh & team would have access to key management team of ‘Akinos’ to share data in organized and methodical approach in order to maximize
efficiency
• Mutual co-operation for Information flow is expected considering the depth and quality of information being shared for decision making.
• Fee excludes out of pocket expenses and applicable GST/taxes for any travel.
• Our principal base of business is Madurai and visit to Akinos office outside Madurai would be made with prior intimation & sharing Agenda as per
calendar plan. Other places would be considered as ‘out of station’ travel and shall be subject to reimbursement by Akinos.
