NOTICE

This is to inform all the students of Batch 2017 and 2018 that Online Registration, Odd Semester-
2020 was launched for B.Tech. 2017 and 2018 students from 20th April, 2020 to 23rd April,
2020. Out of total 409 students 353 registered for Odd Semester-2020. However, it is observed
that there are many errors in the Registration process like wrong Batch, Enrollment No., Name of
Faculty Adviser, Courses etc. Many requests are received from the students to allow for Relaunch of
online Registration for Odd Semester – 2020. Moreover, few Departments have Modified the
Courses/Slots keeping in view the availability of Faculty Members and Lecture Halls at Satellite
Campus. Therefore, it is decided to Relaunch Registration of Courses for Odd Semester – 2020 by
all the students of 2017 and 2018 Batch. The Relaunched link for Registration to Odd Semester –
2020 will be active from 25th April, 2020 till 27rd April, 2020 (05:00 PM) only.

You all are advised to take care of following points:

1. Online Registration can be completed only with your official Email ID (having nituk
domain).
2. Registration Form can be submitted only once and can't be modified afterwards. Therefore,
fill the form with the utmost care and review the same before submitting.
3. Before filling the Registration Form, consult respective Faculty Adviser and strictly follow the
Rules of Registration (3.1.1 of the Course Book).
4. The students unable to submit the Registration Form due to any reason require to
communicate the same to the respective Faculty Adviser using any mode of communication.
5. A copy of your response will be generated for the record. The same has to be submitted to
your Faculty Adviser (FA) at the time of Enrollment.

The registration for students will be done in accordance to the Rules of Registration under the
guidance of Faculty Advisors. The Head/Coordinators of Departments, Satellite Campus are
instructed to monitor the process of Course Registration.
