Greetings!

STI, in its dedication to further enhance the development of our students, requires them to
undergo the On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program. One of our students MR. MARJUDE
LIVA, a resident of Zone 5, Engineers Village, Awang DOS, Maguindanao a graduating
student of STI College Cotabato taking up Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management
(BSHRM). The student was included in the Enhanced Community Quarantine here in Malay,
Aklan, Boracay Island where he rendered his On-The-Job Training (OJT). He had his OJT
from January 28 to March 14, 2020 and his return flight was scheduled last March 19, 2020.
Since Enhanced Community Quarantine was recommended due to pandemic COVID-19 the
student was not able to go back to his province immediately. During the ECQ, he followed
the rules and protocols, stayed in the apartment and provided 1 quarantine pass for 1 person
doing errands. There are other OJTs in the said island but they are not a resident of Datu
Odin Sinsuat. The student is very much eager to go back to his family.

We are delighted by the chance of giving us the opportunity to be accommodated by the

Department of Tourism-Boracay to be included in the sweeper flight. The sweeper flights are
intended for the stranded tourists including the stranded OJT students in Boracay are now
waiting for available sweeper flights.

In view of this, our school humbly request from your good office, acceptance of
MR. MARJUDE LIVA to enter your municipality where he resides and to be able to go
home since he was already stranded in Boracay for almost 2 months.

Rest assured that all necessary documents needed for his travel will be provided and all
precautionary measures will be followed strictly. We pray for your kind approval.
