1) How can you recognize when your mind and body are
feeling stress?
A) I can recognize when my mind and body are feeling stressed
because I can get frustrated, angry, scared, and unmotivated.
These symptoms can lead me to feel very low, for example I can
have a feeling of not doing nothing. This can affect me very
badly, and I can help myself by watching online videos of
meditation or relaxing exercising videos.

2) How can you recognize when your mind and body are
feeling relaxed?
A) I can feel when my mind and body are feeling relaxed because I
forget all of my problems and let them go away. Another way is
that I can imagine the visual video of what the video is talking
about, this means that I am following along and relaxing myself.
Finally during the meditation I can feel myself more
concentrated on the video than what my mind has been thinking
about. And after the video I tend to be happier than before when
I think of my problems.
3) How can you use what you’ve learned about breathing,
relaxation, and meditation when your body and mind are
experiencing stress?
A) What I have learned is that meditation can really help with stress and problems.
Watching a meditation video and going along with it, can really help you relax and take
your mind off your problems. If you really focus on the video and really let your problems
fly away then you most likely will relax. I can use these sources as a backup for stress,
even a simple breathing video can help you relax, so try and watch these videos and
really focus on what you want to get rid of.
