As of March 18, 2020, there are 187 total number of confirmed cases in the country, with 14 deaths and

6 who have gotten better from the virus called Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). COVID-19 is a new
strain that was discovered in 2019 and has not been previously identified in humans.

According to world Health Organization (WHO) this virus are zoonotic, meaning they are transmitted
between animals and people. The common signs of infection include respiratory symptoms, fever,
cough, shortness of breath and breathing difficulties. In more severe cases, infection can cause
pneumonia, severe acute respiratory syndrome, kidney failure and even death and now, WHO was
indicating that the virus was now a worldwide phenomenon

In this situation I can say that we need some people who can lead us and help us in this state of
calamity. The existence of Task-Oriented Group are important here because without them I don't know
what will gonna happen in our society. We need leaders tend to represent a strong understanding of
how to get the job done, focusing on the necessary workplace procedures and designating work
accordingly to ensure that everything gets done in a timely and productive manner. Since all Filipinos
right now have the same wants, and that is everything will back to normal, we also have to help those
leaders to achieve their goals and meet our wants. We have also to work together with them by
cooperating, understanding and following what they said in order to solve this crisis in our country.
