i. Background
Referring to the Indonesian government regulations, particularly: Indonesian Law No.1/1970, The Regulation of Manpower
Minister of RI No. PER.05/MEN/1985 and No. PER.09/MEN/VII/2010, The Decree of General Director of Manpower
Supervision and Development of RI No. Kep.113/DJPPK/IX/2006.
And considering below items:
 Over-head crane has been installed at the workshop and shall be operated by a competent and certified operator
 Forklifts have been purchased and ready to be operated to support the construction processes. They need the competent
and certified operators.
 The needs of working in confined space are already in place. We must have the competent and certified workers.
 All above activities shall be ensured can be conducted safely and comply with the Indonesian government regulations as
mentioned above.

ii. Scope
We invited a training and certification provider who licensed by the Indonesian Manpower Department to conduct following
training/ certifications:
 Over-Head Crane operations and certifications for the operators
 Forklift operation training and certifications for operators
 Confine space training and certifications for the related workers

iii. Budget/ Estimated Cost

a) Total training and certification fee is IDR 120,500,000 (Nett) with following details:
 Over-Head Crane training and certification
Class II (Up to 100 tones capacity) IDR 42,000,000 for maximum 15 participants
 Forklift training and certification
Class II (Up to 15 tones capacity) IDR 36,500,000 for maximum 15 participants
 Confined Space training and certification
First Class (Utama) IDR 42,000,000 for maximum 15 participants
b) For every additional participant: IDR 1,000,000
c) Above price is not including the tax, which it’s rate is 11.5 %
d) PT OKI to provide transportations, accommodations, and meals for all instructors

iv. Attachment
 Quotation from the training provider (PT. Surya Rezka Kurniawan)
 Emails correspondence with Mechanical Department team.
