Technician’s operating Times:
We regards to the ongoing pandemic, we have to be cognisant of how and when
we operate. According to Statutory Instruction #61 (S.I #61), which basically in
summary reiterate that we have to operate taking every precaution necessary to
protect ourselves, families and colleagues (wearing mask, maintaining social
distances and keep sanitizing as much as possible).
In order to operate efficiently, safely and maintain social distances we have
decided to operate using staggered times. The objective of this staggered times is
not to have too many technicians in the office area at any one time. The proposed
times are schedule as follows:
We will have three times at which we will report to work:
 The first group will comprise of three technician coming in at 8:00am and
leave the office before or by 8:30am. That group of technician will be
assigned to outer districts facilities. This will be established according to the
PM schedule.
 The other group of three technicians will be in at 8:30am to 9:00am. Just
like the first group of technicians, these technicians will be assigned to
outer districts facilities. This will be established according to the PM
schedule.
 The third group of technicians will come in for 9:00am and will be assigned
to the facilities in the Castries basin. This will be established according to
the PM schedule.
Work orders and materials shall be collected to work for the entire week, if
anything is missing from the stock that was initially issues the time allotted on the
other days will be used to take more stock and or to return anything that may not
be needed. If nothing is required (stock and or tools), technicians may proceed to
execute work duties accordingly. Telephone conversation is encourage to discuss
issues that may arise as we work.
