¿What are some of the daily activities that you do at home?

I wake up at 7am every morning. I have to make my breakfast, I take a shower

and brush my teeth.

After I finished my work, I go home to eat my lunch, I continue my work at

home.

In the evening I have dinner, before I go to bed last thing that I do, is set the
alarm.

¿What are some daily activities that you do at work?

I go to work at 9 am every morning. I walk to work and I usually work on the

computer, every day I report to my boss,

¿What are some other daily activities that you do?

I usually go to the the cinema or I got to the church, I practice vocal exercises
too, I like singing.

¿What are some weekly activities that you do?

I go grocery shopping once a week at the local supermarket, I usually do the

washing on Sunday morning, On Saturday night I go out with friends.

 Talk about how important is your health:

it is very important health for me because I wanna doing anything without

limitation. Every sicknesses, whether they are mild or severe, borders us. So
being healthy makes us more productive and happy.

 What do you do to stay fit or live a better lifestyle?

1. I sleep of nearly 7 hours

2. I Drink lots of water during day
3. I don't eat a lot of fast food

 What exercises do you do?

I don’t have a lot of time to exercise, so I walk every other day.

 Do you like it or not? 

Yes, I like to take long walks, it is relaxing.

 What do you do for a living?

I am student internship

 What aspects of your job are important to you?

Monitor the progress of environmental improvement programs, address problems, such as
climate change and environmental sustainability.

 What company do you work at?

I work at Regional Autonomous Corporation of Southern Bolivar

 What are your responsibilities? 

Prepare environmental investigation reports and Advise corporation about

procedures for cleaning up contaminated sites
