Questions.

1.Define leadership in action.

Answer: First and foremost choosing a leader is not easy. So ,before we choose leader/ electing a leader
we make sure that the leader we choose have a good qualities like having a good image, assertiveness
person and positive attitude, so that we will not regret after all.

For me, leadership in action means that as a leader you have an authority to command to people to do
what is good for them. Also as a leader you know how to action/ find a solution to the problem facing by
people surrounds you.And also having a good relationship to the people ,because if there is no
relationship between you as a leader and to the people there is nothing to happened.According to
Former Superintended George Geons which he says: "Leadership, however, is more than talking tough
and doing things", meaning as a leader you must listen to the opinion of others, you know how to stand
your words , so that people will trust you, obey you and respect you.

2.What kind of a leader will you be?

Answer: If I will become a leader ,I think the leader I would be is powerful leader, so that people will
trust me and respect my rules.Second , I will listen their opinions because not all leaders always
correct,sometimes they surpass their limitations as a leader ,that is why problems rise,so its better to
listen and ask other's opinion, and also being loyal to my work.Lastly, having love,not only in my work
but also to the people ,surrounds me ,because if i have love for them, I will care them, I will give what
they need especially if there is a calamities etc.because love ,this is a persons compassion concern for
others which in turn serve in the best interest of the institutions and it's stakeholders.
