Description: I’m working as the security supervisor with Paragon securities.

I was going back to my home and try to pay my rent with my presto card but it was
showing less balance. Unfortunately I don’t have my wallet with me and I bought
some food to eat with some coin I had. I ask to the help desk employee for help but
instead of helping me he was started yelling on me rather abused me and harassed
me in front of other passengers.

As I said I work as a security supervisor and we need to maintain the good customer
service. But the way that employee talked with me was like the work placed
harassment.
I just asked Thank you to him for his assistance and called my friend and gave him
my prestos credentials to recharge it and I need to wait for the next 20 minutes
outside the Bay station.
That was one of the worst incidences of my life. I will never forget this incident
throughout my life such incidences are unforgettable for one who faced these.
Your employee was watching videos on his mobile phone and when some ask him
for assistance then he started yelling on him. Nothing worst in this world than this
one.
I’m really sorry if my words hurt you. But this incident really hurts me.
If you have any queries please feel free to contact me via my contact number/Email.

Questions:

1). what kind of phone did the collector have?

As i mentioned our last discussion on mobile call, the employee was using a
touch-screen device that was operating either on IOS or Android.
2). Can you advise approx. how long this collector was on his phone?
When I was walking towards the collector’s desk, your employee was found
using that mobile phone. I took around 1-2 minutes to walk to his desk as I came in
through Bellair St. entrance of the station. During this meantime, the employee was
using the device. Afterward the incident, I have no idea whether he kept using that
mobile or not.

And I really apologies for getting late to send this signed copy of this report due
malfunctioning of my printer. B/W printer is not working that is why I used coloured
printer to print/sign this report.
